MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY - GORE-TEX:
The climate membrane is an extremely thin layer of stretched polytetrafluoroethylene (1.4 billion pores per square centimetre). The pores give the GORE-TEX material its special properties. Waterproof: Products can withstand high water pressure, which can occur in extreme weather conditions and challenging environments. Windproof: This feature provides a comfortable feel as the garment will not let wind through and so preserves your microclimate. Breathable: The material does not allow water vapor molecules to escape to the outside, thus helping to reduce overheating and moisture build-up inside clothing.
